A lineup of classic all-black, matte-finished G-SHOCK watches that gained popularity in the 1990s, leveraging G-SHOCK's long history of pursuing "Absolute Toughness." The revived DW-5900 is used as the base model. A versatile model suited to various styles, from streetwear and high fashion to sportswear.
A basic digital model from the early days of G-SHOCK equipped with three new digital graphics not found in the conventional LCD models, the DW-5900C was first released outside Japan and gained worldwide popularity, before breaking into Japan via reimporting. The original design has been faithfully reproduced, right down to the color of the text on the dial. Furthermore, in addition to the basic stopwatch and timer features, it also has practical functions such as an EL backlight.
It is a revival model of the long-selling DW-6900 series that used three digital graphics.
